1. Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash by our authentication provider).

Workspace content: campaigns, keywords, profiles, opportunities, drafts, and published links that you and your teammates add.

Usage information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service reliable.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve GeoOwl, including running discovery, generating drafts, and showing analytics within your workspace.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Public community data

GeoOwl processes publicly available Reddit and Quora pages found through web search. We do not access private communities, private messages, or your community account credentials.

4. AI processing

Thread content and your workspace settings are sent to AI model providers to score relevance and generate drafts. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

5. Data sharing and access

Workspace data is visible only to members of that workspace. Access is enforced at the database level.

We share data with service providers (hosting, database, authentication, search, and AI) only as needed to operate GeoOwl.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
